    extras/rrsrc/gamedef2.c:parse: Re-order the local variables under
    case 115 so the function's layout is perfectly matching the original
    for RR. The macros are present here since automation was done,
    building the source with differing possible permutations automatically,
    while further dumping assemblies of the parse function.
